5+ years of training of Dance including BA Degree, worked as a perfromer and workshop teacher since 2020

‘Playing with balance’, is a half or full day workshop that will give you both fun and playful tools to level up your strength and balance in handstands. During the workshop you will work on unusual shapes, leg flourishes and handstand walking, as well as games to challenge each other to find more consistent balance.

These skills will also build bodily awareness that will inform those who would like to progress to more advanced skills such as the one arm handstand.
